“BEAUTIFUL place. We got married this weekend and chose to stay here. It had so much charm and character. Our kids loved the breakfast options and even better that it was included in our stay! Such a clean facility and the pool at the neighboring hotel was accessible to us and it’s was fantastic. The views were breathtaking and parking was so simple. We come every year and plan to stay here every time going forward.”

“Room was very nice but a little cramped yo get into the bathroom. Also, there was a light switch when I first walked in but it wasn't connected to anything. We stumbled around til we found a light.”

“This was our fourth time at the Tivoli and our first disappointment. Very nice looking rooms, friendly staff but hotel is having issues. Air conditioning was not working in any rooms so they were placing fans or cooling units in the rooms. The hallways were very hot. Water temperature in the shower would fluctuate substantially so you had to constantly adjust. Is this a sign of aging infrastructure?”

“Fantastic location! All the staff was so friendly at all times. Plus they offer various options for transport around. And really nothing beats walking right to the chair lift.”

“When we arrived, they had no record of our reservation. Had to rebook a room and pay again, and deal with requesting a refund from Expedia for the original booking. Had to move rooms two times - once, because the first room smelled strongly of fish. The second because the TV didn’t work and no one ever came up to fix it. They say there is “breakfast” but it was just toast and a few bagels. The sheets and pillows had stains in all 3 rooms we were in. Other peoples hair stuck to bedding/pillow...

“The property was fantastic. We were all pleasantly surprised by the rooms and balconies. I had seen several mixed reviews before booking, but honestly we really enjoyed the spacious layout and overall atmosphere. It is an old hotel. But hotel more than makes up for it with its rich history, charm, and outstanding central location. We will definitely be back.”

“The studio unit had plenty of space and the kitchen was outstanding. Very comfortable bed. Really liked it. The full breakfast was very good although the scrambled eggs were on the cool side. Really nice selection.”

“Was great location. Nice property but staff was not helpful and there's no ramp to level one from lobby rooms so you can use the dolly to haul your stuff. Staff was not helpful with questions and appeared bothered we were even there.”
